How We Work
Overland Constructors gets involved with the design process early. We are involved in coordinating across all design disciplines from the initial concept. We define inefficiencies and inconsistencies before they become RFIs, change orders, and avoid scheduling impacts.
Design Collaboration
We design to the budget from day one. We work with the designers and owners to get the best product available while working within a budget.
Technology
We use a web based tool with Procore that keeps all our schedules, drawings, photos, daily logs and documentation current and in real time.
Budgeting
Communication is key with subcontractors, designers and owners throughout the construction process. We have weekly onsite subcontractor meetings and monthly onsite owner meetings to make sure things are kept on track and nothing is missed.
Safety
It’s everyone’s job to be safe. Our safety program is our culture. We have an individual consultant who does weekly safety inspections and reports on all of our jobs. We also conduct monthly meetings with our consultant and the entire Overland team.
